DOVER, Del. – Dover Police arrested one suspect and say another is wanted in connection to a robbery that happened early Sunday morning.

At around 5:40 a.m., a 35-year-old male was in the area of West Loockerman Street and S. Governors Avenue when he was approached by two male subjects. The two men allegedly assaulted him and choked him to the point of losing consciousness, then stole a cell phone from him and fled the area.

Area surveillance cameras allowed police to identify the two suspects as 26-year-old Ezekiel Sullivan and 41-year-old Deshaun Harris. Sullivan was located in the downtown area and was arrested without incident. He was charged with first degree robbery, second degree assault, and second degree conspiracy, and is currently being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on $25,000 secured bond.

Police are still searching for Harris, who is wanted on the same charges as Sullivan. Anyone who may have information on Harris’ whereabouts should contact Dover Police at 302-736-7130 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
