MILFORD, Del.- Milford police arrested a man after being notified of a possible threat made to the city’s Walmart on DuPont Highway.

Police said that on June 6 the department was notified about a possible threat made against the Walmart. It was later discovered that the threat was directed at an employee and not against the store. Detectives were able to identify the suspect as 61-year-old Allen Mohr of Milford.

Detectives obtained a warrant for Mohr on Monday for terroristic threatening. Police say they attempted to contact Mohr on Monday but they were unable to.

Just before noon Tuesday, police and detectives were able to locate Mohr and arrested him at his home without incident. Mohr was taken back to the Milford Police Department where he was formally charged.

Mohr was released from custody under $1,000 cash bond and given a no contact order with a future court date in the Kent County Family Court.

Police say they do not consider there to be an active threat to Walmart, their employees, or the people shopping there.
