Both McDonald and the juvenile passenger were transported back to the Harrington Police Department for processing. The juvenile was later released without any charges. McDonald was processed and charged by Milford Police with several charges relating to the incident in Milford.

Harrington Police charged McDonald with Carrying a concealed Deadly Weapon (Firearm), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, two counts of Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited and Speeding. Mr. McDonald was arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 2 on both Harrington and Milford warrants.
