HARRINGTON, Del. – Harrington Police arrested a man following a domestic incident Wednesday afternoon.

At around 3:50 p.m., officers were called to the Liberty Plaza Shopping Center for a report of a male assaulting a female in the parking lot. On arrival, police found the victim bleeding from facial injuries and made contact with the suspect, 42-year-old David Hudson Jr.

Further investigation revealed that Hudson and the victim had gotten into a verbal argument, which led to Hudson assaulting the victim. Hudson was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia as well as brass knuckles, and was taken into custody without incident.

Hudson was later released on $3,600 unsecured bond on carrying a concealed deadly weapon, third degree assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct charges.
