DOVER, Del.- Dover police have arrested one suspect and are seeking a second in an early Sunday morning robbery.

According to police, a 35-year-old man was walking around 5:30 a.m. near West Loockerman Street and South Governors Avenue when he was reportedly approached by two men who assaulted him and choked him to the point of losing consciousness.

The men stole a cellphone from the victim before fleeing the area, police said.

Officers located 26-year-old Ezekiel Sullivan, of Smyrna, in the downtown area. He was identified as a suspect based on surveillance cameras. He was arrested without incident, police said.

Deshaun Harris, 44, of Felton, is currently wanted after also being identified by surveillance cameras, according to police.

Sullivan was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $25,000 secured bond. He’s charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault and second-degree conspiracy.

Harris is wanted on the same charges, police said.
